Positive Mental Attitude TEAMventures represent a commitment to the growth of a TEAM’s collective mental approach in reaching its overall goal. Trust, Enthusiasm, Acceptance, Motivation: these are the intangibles that take patience, time, and most importantly practice in order to create a TEAM atmosphere with all participants heading toward the same goal at the same time.
TEAMventures involve problem-solving capabilities that are not always as noticeable in the classroom or on the field. This is especially important when students are taken out of their comfort zone and put in an entirely new environment. In the wild, players have additional factors that they have not considered. It forces a reliance on each other in a whole new way as they navigate the difficult challenges that lay ahead.
